AI has opened a space none of us fully understands yet. We'd rather jump straight in and see what we can create, than wait for someone to hand us a map. Below is what we're building outside client work, at whatever stage it's currently at. We keep what works and park what doesn't.

An experimental family trip planner with a conversational AI-powered assistant that bridges structured trip recommendation data with unstructured user and environment context.
How we decide what to build
We believe AI changes how fast we can move and what a single person can achieve. It does not change the fundamental laws of business, but it does change the way we can apply them. We prototype when a problem keeps showing up, when we'd use the answer ourselves, and when the technology is finally good enough to try. These projects are built independently. They are funded by us, not by client work, and we never draw from anything a client tells us in confidence.
