We work in four ways.
Three are how we work with clients; the fourth, Venture, is what we build ourselves. If you're not sure where to start, the Readiness Audit tells you what to fix first. Reach out, and let's start the conversation.
Readiness Audit
A diagnostic of your operational and commercial architecture. We map where you stand and what your spend returns, identify what's costing you, and give you a prioritised path to fix it, with a figure on every finding.
Project Builds
Implementations that follow the audit. Some fix what's broken: data, CRM, tracking, the commercial stack. Others add operating capability once those foundations are sound.
Embedded Leadership
A senior marketing or operations lead in the seat for a defined window or scope: a fractional mandate, an interim role, or board advisory. For those who need more than an external agency.
Venture
A separate studio inside the firm, where we build our own AI products, independent of client work and sometimes open to co-investors. It's how we stay builders, not just advisors.

Built for the ambitious organisation.
Typically Nordic scale-ups and mid-market companies that invest in growth, often through AI, but aren't seeing the returns they had hoped for. We come at the problem from two sides. On one side we create and develop the foundation for growth. On the other we capture the potential that foundation makes possible. When you get in touch, you want someone who can tell you what to take on first, and help you get it in place.
Four examples of problems we help fix.
Data foundations
A unified source of truth. Marketing, sales, and finance drawing from the same definitions, the same pipelines, the same numbers.
Agency relationships
An independent read of what each agency delivers against its brief and its cost, and the goalposts that get them pulling in one direction.
Operational processes
Decision rights redrawn. Approval chains shortened. Senior leaders released from the work the architecture should do for them.
Cost Rationalisation
Expensive SaaS licences used as glorified spreadsheets, retainers that go unused, and platforms running on autopilot. The value of the whole system, and what can be dropped.
